ISALTIS is an entity formed in November 2011 by Orium (a private equity fund) and SPCH with the aim of creating a Fine Chemicals group mainly servicing the Life Science markets. Isaltis is composed of two companies, Givaudan-Lavirotte (ex-affiliate of Seppic), and Bernardy (ex-affiliate of SPCH). |
